Premier saves Automotive Manufacturer $95,000 in cost of hire expenses.
An International Automotive Manufacturer was setting up a new location in Parsippany, NJ. The senior Human Resources Representative for their Southern Michigan office called us to see if we could help staff their new location, which was a regional customer service call center. He wanted approximately twenty people to train at their office in Pearl River, NY for three months. After this training period, the employees then would move to the new Parsippany location to staff the call center.
Our Rutherford office was able to recruit the necessary people, coordinate the interview process and arrange for transportation for the employees. The recruitment process was successful because of strategically planning recruitment events that would specifically source candidates for only this client. Eighty percent of these employees have been converted to full time hires for our client.
This is a success story on several levels. It demonstrated our ability to structure our service delivery process to meet the unique and challenging needs of our client. Cost containment of staffing expenses was achieved and the client recognized an overall savings of approximately $95,000 in cost of hire expenses. Attrition rates were greatly reduced in comparison to the client's other regional call centers by using a temporary to full time hiring process.
