We are looking for individuals to assist a national consulting firm with a recent acquisition. Your role as an administrative assistant will be to assist with the merging of customer data. Excellent Word and Excel will be needed to be qualified. All candidates must have used Mail Merge functions. This position can last up to three months and will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Students are welcome!

- Entering and reviewing data converting from Word and transferring into Excel.
- Mail Merge customer database.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- Handling other duties, as assigned by the department manager.
Experience & Skills Required
- Strong data entry skills.
- Must know Excel and Word - Mail Merge function.
- Strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to research, and think quickly to ensure expedient responses to customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish is nice to have.
