Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Support Analyst to join their team!

The Help Desk Support Analyst will provide costumers with assistance during a new website launch as they get acclimated to the new interface. Responsible include helping patients sign up, schedule appointments, access doctors notes and lab results, and providing assistance with general questions regarding the new platform.
Experience & Skills Required
- The ideal candidate will have strong general knowledge of internet and website navigation.
- Great communication skills required.
- Patient and excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Training will be provided.
- Work Site: White Plains, NY. Hours: 9am- 6 pm.
